State of the art in-car video & data
Designed for motorsport, trackdays, and vehicle testing, Racelogic's Video VBOX in-car video system combines a digital video recorder with up to four bullet camera inputs, a real-time graphic overlay, stereo audio and a 10Hz or 20Hz GPS data logger in a single, powerful package.
Essential in driver and vehicle development
GPS enhanced video is fast becoming essential in analysing and improving the performance of both driver and vehicle. Video VBOX is widely regarded as one of the best in-car video and data systems available, with high video and graphics quality, flexibility, accuracy, ease of use, and reliability.
Whatever your level, Video VBOX not only produces exciting in-car video footage, but also allows you carry out in-depth driver and vehicle analysis, using Racelogic's powerful yet simple to useCircuit Tools software.
Video VBOX records the graphically enhanced video to an SD card which can then be played on all common media players and uploaded to YouTube without conversion. GPS data is synchronised with the video at source for easy analysis.
Multiple camera angles and overlaid graphical data give you much more information about your driving and the vehicle's performance, allowing you to improve both areas with one tool.
Predictive Lap Timing
Racelogic's unique 'LineSnap' predictive lap timing feature, available when an OLED display is connected to Video VBOX, gives drivers a real time graphical indication of how their current lap compares to their best lap.
Based on GPS position rather than distance covered, the predictive lap time is accurate to 0.1s even around long circuits such as the Nurburgring.
This is a useful feature for drivers in understanding how different lines and driving styles compare against their best times.
A high-end in-car video system aimed primarily at motorsport professionals and corporate driving schools, Video VBOX Pro offers a whole host of features in a rugged, CNC machined enclosure.
Combines a Digital Video Recorder, a Real-time graphical overlay and a VBOX GPS data-logger in a single, easy to use package.
The recorded video can be played in most standard media players such as Windows Media Player, VLC etc. and be uploaded directly to YouTube without any conversion.
Housed in a rugged plastic enclosure, the Video VBOX Lite in-car video system is designed to provide many of the features of the Video VBOX Pro, at a much lower price.
